QUOTE: Myself or one of my crew-leads will come out and take dimensions and get a good feel for your vision and what you would like to see happen; we’ll bring samples and help you select the perfect floor if you haven’t already (this tends to be the hardest part). You’ll then receive a clear itemized estimate of how much everything will cost.

PLAN: If all the numbers are satisfactory, we’ll explore potential install dates and what that timeline will look like. As long as we’re on the same page, we’ll take a 10% deposit which will lock you into our calendar as well enable us to place the order for the flooring.

EXECUTE: This is the easy part! We’ll pick up the materials and get rocking. We typically keep a 9-5 schedule with an hour lunch. It is completely fine if you choose to stay during the install…we’ll make the process as painless as possible, just bare with us as there will be loud power tools going off periodically. Feel free to ask questions or bring concerns to our attention…communication is key to a successful install. The remaining balance is due once the job is complete and you’re totally satisfied with everything.
