Luxury Vinyl Plank
The most popular service we provide is our LVP installation.
In a nutshell, LVP is a photo of a plank of wood that is imprinted on a synthetic core making it ideal for our wet winters.You could literally soak LVP in a pool for 10 years and take it out virtually unchanged. They click together like puzzle pieces, making install quick.
I would highly recommend LVP to any Idahoan… especially those with with children, pets, or rental properties.
Hands down, best bang for your buck. Beautiful, resilient, and by far most affordable of all the flooring options.
There isn’t a material more beautiful or rewarding to install than real Hardwood. Each plank is totally unique and completely different from the rest, giving the floor character and a life of its own.
There is a much higher degree of craftsmanship and care required to install a hardwood floor correctly, but the finished product is a work of art that can be enjoyed for decades to come.
Hardwood can either be solid or engineered.
Solid hardwood is just that…whatever species of wood throughout the whole plank usually 3/4” thick. After years of wear, Solid Hardwood can be sanded and re-finished to it’s original brilliance.
Engineered hardwood is a 1/8” veneer adhered to a wood core not of the same species. It has all the same qualities of the Solid except for that it can not be sanded and finished…Engineered is more popular because it can be purchased in much wider planks which is the modern look.

Tile is fun. There are limitless options and so many applications…backsplashes, fireplaces, showers, floors, siding, you name it.
Tile has got the upper hand on all the other materials by far in durability as it’s literally rock. It won’t scratch, fade, or be affected by moisture. Installed correctly, tile will last a thousand years.
Something to note, most homes in our area are built on subfloor rather than on a concrete slab. So in order to install tile over a wood subfloor, a cement board or other qualified substrate must be put down prior to tile installation.This additional step is very labor intensive and can add a cost that many clients are unaware of.
